Work & Research
Full homelab stack running on Hyper-V with GPU passthrough. Containerized services across isolated VMs: Pi-hole for network-wide ad/track blocking with custom blacklists, OpenVPN for remote access, Jellyfin media server, a custom dashboard, and a Minecraft server. Managed networking, storage and inter-container communication throughout.
Identified and responsibly disclosed three chained vulnerabilities in the VoceChat-Web open-source project via GitHub issue tracker: Information Disclosure, Broken Access Control, and Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR). Authenticated low-privilege users could access sensitive resources belonging to other accounts.
Submitted six reports through Nokia's Vulnerability Disclosure Program: two subdomain takeovers, multiple phpinfo exposures, reflected/DOM XSS across ten endpoints, and an exposed web.zip containing sensitive files. Formally acknowledged by Nokia's security team in December 2023.
Developed Python scripts for a future all-sky camera system during an Electronics Engineering internship at RAEGE-Az. Automated capture, calibration, and an ML classification prototype to analyze sky conditions from frames.
Work-in-progress unified CLI frontend for nftables, iptables, ufw, and firewalld. Auto-detects the active backend, lets you write human-friendly rules, and includes an audit engine with severity levels and suggested fixes.
Contributed localization updates and reviews in non‑Portuguese languages across open‑source projects via Weblate to improve language coverage and UX.
